Our two-day adventure begins with a picturesque drive inland to Tsavo East National Park, covering an expansive area of approximately 11,652 square kilometers, making it Kenya's largest National Park. Your morning will be filled with exciting game drives, offering you the chance to witness the impressive herds of elephants, often referred to as the "Red Elephants" due to their reddish hue from the local soil.
A delightful buffet lunch awaits you at the scenic Voi Safari Lodge, perched on a hill, providing panoramic views of Tsavo East Park. The lodge's two waterholes are a magnet for large herds of elephants and water buffalos, and you can get remarkably close to the action via an underground tunnel for a unique photo opportunity. Afterward, take some time to unwind by the pool before embarking on a late afternoon game drive. You'll return to the lodge for a sumptuous dinner and a restful night's sleep.
